Klein Windhoek Schlachterei is a meat wholesaler and butcher based in Windhoek that offers delivery services to selected towns across Namibia.

The Flagship has been working with Klein Windhoek Schlachterei since 2018 and is actively managing all social media pages, websites and email marketing for the brand. Delivery by KWS is currently offered in Windhoek, Walvis Bay, Swakopmund, Arandis, Usakos, Karibib, Okahandja, Rehoboth, Mariental, Keetmanshoop, Aus, Lüderitz, Otjiwarongo, Otavi, Kombat, Grootfontein, Mururani, Rundu and Divundu.

We manage all aspects of the KWS Facebook and Instagram pages including content creation, page management, analysis and social media campaigns. KWS has a total of 3 pages on Facebook and 1 page on Instagram.

When The Flagship took over the social media accounts of KWS, there were only 1,081 followers on Facebook and no Instagram page. We created a tailored social media strategy and grew the brands following to 46,000 Facebook followers and 7,000 Instagram followers.

The Klein Windhoek Schlachterei Online Shop was initially launched in 2019 before being revamped in 2021 with a new design layout and better functionality to cater for the increase in online orders.

We can’t disclose the number of orders or amount of turnover that the e-commerce site generates but we can guarantee that it is the most successful online shop in Namibia’s meat industry.
